In many industrial countries a lot of people are not aware of stress level they are experiencing and in my opinion many people are not realising that workplaces are only too happy for stress methods which enable you to be even more productive because you have learned to handle your stress by meditating without understanding that you need to change your behaviour to reduce your stress long-term. Only when you learn to be resilient in your daily life you will be able to be more productive without stressing yourself again in the future.
